Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at nateblu15@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including final sale items, digital products, and items damaged due to misuse.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right promptly.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
